The Results
Science Behind
In this treatment we combined the use of two widely popular Diode Laser (light) and intense pulsed light (IPL)and let these two light beams work together synergistically to benefit the long-term hair reduction process. The Diode Laser is a single wavelength of light (810nm) which allows heat to penetrate deeper and more focused. While IPL targets the areas inside supporting the laser in destroying hair follicles.

What results can I expect?
Clients are all different and respond differently to the treatments. It is not possible to give a guarantee as to how long it will take to see your desired results (between 6 – 12 sessions). Results will become more noticeable after each treatment.
Studies have shown that good laser hair removal candidates may reduce hair counts by 20 – 90% through the course of the treatment. It’s important to note that no matter how many laser hair removal sessions a client undergoes, the treatment won’t guarantee a lifetime of hair-free results.
We are all born with a set of dormant hair follicles which may or may not be stimulated by physiological changes, such as hormonal changes, stress and trauma.
If the dormant hair follicles are not activated, then the client can expect to do maintenance once or twice per year or as needed.
Note: Laser hair removal is NOT a method of permanent hair removal; it’s a method of long-term hair reduction.
Is the treatment painful?
The applicator’s cooling tip helps to cool the skin, making the treatment comfortable and virtually pain-free. The devices has multiple types of settings:
• Swift mode – quick and pain-free, used for larger areas – delivers 10 pulses per second making it a comfortable treatment.
• Pulsed mode – used for smaller and bony areas – delivers 1 pulse per second – could feel like an elastic band sting and only lasts the duration of the pulse. The following can also occur during or after the treatment:
• Erythema (redness of the skin)
• Oedema (slight swelling due to the heat)
• Temporary bruising or formation of small red / purple spots caused by pressure
What to prepare before treatment?
Avoid sun exposure, sunbeds as well as tanning lotions 2 weeks prior to any treatment

If you have waxed, tweezed or used any hair removal creams in the treatment area, a waiting period of at least 4 – 6 weeks is required – NOTE: Waxing, epilation, tweezing or the use of hair removal creams ARE NOT permitted during the hair removal treatment protocol
Hair is a conductor of heat and may cause the area to overheat – ensure your hair is shaved at least 24 – 48 hours prior to treatment in the treatment area (fast growth hair cycle: shave 24 hours before and slow growth hair cycle shave 48 hour before)
